We’re looking to grow our team and have space for another acupuncturist!

We are a team of providers that specialize in sports medicine/orthopedic acupuncture, chronic and acute pain, mental and emotional health, reproductive health and fertility, digestive health, and chronic/complex illnesses. 

We are looking for someone who has experience with all of the above and is also open to learning more. 

Someone who is really interested in helping people get better and sees the value in always learning and evolving as providers to give patients the best possible outcomes.

  • You are comfortable and confident in prescribing herbs and supplements or interested in learning how.

  • You see the value in continuing education and find joy and excitement in progressing your skill set.

  • You have experience treating sports medicine, chronic and acute pain, reproductive health and fertility, mental health and digestive disorders.

  • You feel comfortable marketing yourself.

  • You feel comfortable seeing 2 patients per hour and working without front desk staff.

  • You believe in collaborative care and are comfortable referring patients out and co-treating with your coworkers and other providers. 

About the space:

  • Bright and sun-filled space within walking distance to the Pearl, Slabtown and Northwest shopping districts.

  • Large reception area with 6 spacious treatment rooms and break room, each with large windows and many plants. Each provider will have access to 3 treatment rooms per shift so they can comfortably see 2 patients per hour.

  • Fully furnished, stocked and professionally cleaned on a bi-weekly basis.

  • 2 reserved parking spots for patients and a parking permit for practitioners will be provided.

About the position:

  • Full time employee position.

  • Per patient rate paid bi-weekly. Rate depends on experience.

  • Herbal commission: 50% of cost.

  • $40-$50 per patient. You will be paid upfront for your treatments and will not need to wait for insurance payments

  • 3-4 days/week with evenings and early mornings (8am start and last patient at 6:30pm at least once a week) required. 

  • Days available: Monday morning, Tuesday morning, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday all day. Potential for Saturday afternoons. 

  • PTO, matched IRA, and sick time after 6 months. 

  • Annual CEU allowance, Paid malpractice insurance and OMB/NCCAOM licensing after 1 year.

Must be:

  • Credentialed with most insurance panels (we only accept Providence, Pacific Source, Regence/Blue Cross, UHC) or in process of credentialing. 

  • Experience: 1 year minimum

  • Licensed in Oregon and with NCCAOM.

  • Current malpractice insurance.

  • Has their own laptop.

  • Some front desk duties required (scheduling, taking payments, folding sheets). We will train you in how we manage this very easily. We work together to make the clinic run smoothly.
